I feel defeated

I took Zac back to the doctor today because he's still running a high fever, now wheezing as well as coughing, and is still fussy. He now has a severe double ear infection and his cold has gone into his chest. The meds count is up to 8! Prevacid (acid reflux), Axid (acid reflux), Prohist DM (cough), Albuteral every 4 hours(wheezing), Pulmacort (steroid wheezing), omnipred (steroid wheezing), Tylenol, and drops for his ears. Tomorrow the count will be 9 because they didn't have the antibiotic at the drug store. I just feel so defeated. It just seems that I can't ever have a well and happy baby. This is all not to even mention Mack is still on an antibiotic, singulair, some other sinus medicine I forget the name, Tylenol/Motrin, Xopenex, and cough medicine. That ladies and gentlemen brings our grand total of medicines that I have to remember to give my children to 15! Not to mention the antibiotic that I'm now taking because my children have graciously shared the wealth and got me sick as well. I talked to Zac's doctor about another ENT since the last one didn't work out and he said he would look at the other doctors in the network and set up an appointment. I'm going to demand tubes. We just can't live like this and I don't want him to have any damage to his hearing because of all the infections. We need lots of prayers right now.

I'll leave on a high note though I made my Amish bread again today and instead of going for the same old banana I put a little twist on mine and did white chocolate toffee and it turned out better than I could have imagined! Here's a picture of my results. By the way if you live close and want a starter I have 2 more to give out!
